What's new

Initial release.

- Adds `allowFoodHealDuringRegeneration` config option (default: true)
- When enabled, food continues to heal HP normally even while the Regeneration potion effect is active — HungerStrike's original code always blocked this
- Implemented via Mixin; the HungerStrike jar itself is never modified
- Requires HungerStrike 8.0.0 (hard dependency)
