Added the enchantment "Wolfsbane" for weapons. Ignores a werewolf's natural armor.
Added a gui to charms and wards. Werewolves can not access the ward gui while transformed.
Added more werewolf behaviors.
The howl ability is now functional and used to tame Werewolves and Dire wolves.
    -It attracts wild werewolves and dire wolves if they are not attacking something.
    -For a brief period of time after howling, using a wolf's favorite food on them will tame them.
    -The wolf's savagery level and the player's savagery will determine if the wolf will be tamed.
Wild werewolves are now affected by savagery.
    -Savagery affects some of the werewolf's stats.
Tame werewolves behavior is adjusted by both theirs and the owners savagery. The lower the player's savagery is compared to a werewolf, the harder they are to control.
    -Werewolves will become untame if the player's savage tier is 3 levels lower then the werewolf.
Dire (Alpha) wolves modified
    -Changed name to Dire, was already changed but listing it now.
    -Now bigger then regular wolves
    -Stat Adjustments. Reduced health to 15 hearts from 20. Now has 12 armor.
    -Tameable, only if a werewolf. They will turn on you if you cure yourself of the infection.
        -Can turn a tame dire wolf into a regular tamed wolf by using a Wolfsbane Potion on it.
        -Basically a stronger but harder to control wolf. You can't make them sit.
Tamed wolves can now be turned into dire wolves with a savage potion.
Right clicking (use) on tame werewolves and dire wolves will display a message of the owner if not the owner.
    -A togglable customized visual indicator will be added in the future.
Werewolf players can now infect other players, pvp needs to be enabled for this to occur.
    -Added config option to disable players from infecting others.
Savagery Changes
    -Secondary hunger while not transform now builds faster based on savagery.
    -Tier 4+: While not transformed, eating food that isn't a wolf's favorite causes hunger.
Charms now take effect every 15 seconds instead of 10.
Bug Fixes
    -Hunger bar overlay is now correctly disabled when at savage tier 1.
    -Howl now only works when the player is a werewolf and transformed.
    -Fixed charm and ward's syncing/light issues in multiplayer.
