Backrooms Bacteria are creatures approximately 2 meters tall, with a slender body and a camera-like head. They most often inhabit the 0 level of Backstage. Some of these creatures are essentially humans who have become infected and will likely never regain their human form. When confronted by Backstage Bacteria, you have only one option for survival: escape. If they catch you, you will either become infected and transform into the same creature, forever losing your chance to escape, or you will die.
