Hot Bath 4.1.0

This release collects fixes and compatibility work accumulated after 4.0.1.

Fixed / Improved

• Fixed the Epic Fight dedicated-server invalid-dist startup issue (#32).
• Fixed waterlogged bath effects on Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge (#34). Waterlogged blocks such as stairs and seats now dispatch the stored Hot Bath fluid effect path instead of behaving like plain water.
• Updated Tough As Nails bottle datapack integration (#36).
• Added missing bath block localization keys.
• Added public external bath fluid API helpers so third-party mods can integrate with Hot Bath fluids without Hot Bath hardcoding every furniture block.
• Added initial Create/custom-fluid compatibility work, including custom fluid stack handling and custom fluid ID preservation.
• Clarified waterlogging documentation and version support.

Known Issues

• Create compatibility is still not fully solved. Remaining Create behavior is tracked in #33.
• Unofficial ports or incompatible third-party builds are not supported unless there is an official target version/API to integrate against.
