Every 10-20 minutes, a random player will receive a random horror themed advancement

Every player who joins a world will have their own 10-20 minute timer. Once the timer ends, they will receive a random horror-themed advancement, the timer will reset, and it will happen again until the player receives all the advancements. Every time a player receives an advancement, a cave noise will be heard as well.
