New Features

• Added the Nether Star Hopper tier — the ultimate upgrade beyond netherite. It has the same 1-tick cooldown as a Netherite Hopper, but moves up to 16 items in a single transfer instead of 1 (still never more than a full stack at a time), for up to 320 items per second. Crafted from a Netherite Hopper and a Nether Star. Available as a Hopper, Glazed Hopper, Multi-Hopper, Glazed Multi-Hopper, Hupper, and Multi-Hupper, just like the other tiers.
• Added the Diamond Hopper Item Filter — works just like the standard Hopper Item Filter, but with ten filter slots instead of five. Crafted by upgrading a Hopper Item Filter with a diamond.

Bug Fixes

• Breaking a filtered hopper or multi-hopper that had a filter installed no longer deletes the filter. It now drops along with the rest of the hopper's contents, like it should.
