Hooked 1.1.0: the Fisherman Table update!

• New block: Fisherman Table (string and any fish on top, 4 planks below)
• Crafting station: all bait, rod parts and rod upgrades in one list, made straight from your inventory. Shift click makes up to 8
• Rod upgrade bench: fit a Line, a Hook and a Reel to any fishing rod
• 6 new rod parts: Reinforced Line, Silk Line, Barbed Hook, Lucky Hook, Fast Reel, Steady Reel
• Trophy display: sneak and right click the table with a fish to show it off
• All four Hooked rods got new, better looking textures with a grip, a reel and a bobber
• Bait is now crafted at the Fisherman Table instead of the crafting table
• Upgrading a rod keeps its enchantments, name and parts
• The "Caught!" message no longer overlaps the catch text
