1.12.2 continued fork of HoloInventory, now more configurable! 

• Mod is enabled by default
• Hold H to show -> Press H to toggle by default
• Sneak/sprint to show set to false by default
• New config options: Toggleable name display, respectively for merchants and containers Adjustable rotation speed, set to 0.0 to turn the rotation off

Adjust the rotation speed, or simply stop items from rotating.:
