High Stakes 1.4.0: Solo play with the Croupier

Needs the same versions as 1.3.0 (Minecraft 1.20.1, Architectury API 9.2.14+, Fabric API on Fabric or Forge 47.2.0+). Existing worlds and tables keep working.

Added

• Solo play with the Croupier. Sit at a Gaming Table and get ready. If you're the only human ready, the Croupier takes the other seat and the game starts. It plays Liar's Dice, Coin Flip (you call, it flips) and Texas Hold'em. It stays out of Miner's Blackjack, which already has its own dealer.
• Fair play. The Croupier never sees your hand or the deck. It decides from what a human opponent would see, and sometimes bluffs.
• House bank. The Croupier's stake comes out of the table's house bank, and the game won't start if the bank can't cover it. If the server reloads, the table breaks or you leave mid-game, the Croupier's share goes back to the bank and you get your stake refunded once, in full.
• Table view. The Croupier sits at the table with its own cards or dice, and the HUD shows a hint when you're playing solo.

Notes

• New config key croupier (default true). Configs without it get the Croupier enabled.
• Fund the house bank before playing solo, or the game won't start.
• Played in game on Fabric. The automated suite passes (15 suites, 17 chaos attacks).
