Highlight Slime Chunk

Shows every slime chunk as a see-through green column, so you can find them fast, especially in superflat worlds. Press F7 to toggle.

- Highlighting now starts off. Press F7 (or your bound key) or use /slimechunk toggle to turn it on.
- When you join a world with highlighting off, a toast shows which key turns it on.
- New setting: /slimechunk hint true|false turns that join tip on or off (saved in config/slimechunk.properties).
