Description
Higher Enchantment Maximum Level
Push Minecraft's enchantments beyond their vanilla limits.
Higher Enchantment Maximum Level is a lightweight mod that increases the maximum level of almost every vanilla enchantment to Level 10. Instead of being restricted by Minecraft's default enchantment limits, supported enchantments can now be obtained and upgraded through Levels 1–10, giving you more powerful gear and greater freedom to customize your gameplay.
To preserve game balance and maintain the unique purpose of certain enchantments, the following enchantments are not affected by this mod:
- Mending
- Silk Touch
- Channeling
- Infinity
- All curse enchantments (including Curse of Binding and Curse of Vanishing)
Whether you're creating powerful survival equipment, building custom adventure maps, or putting together your own modpack, this mod extends the enchanting system while keeping the familiar vanilla experience intact.
Features

Why Use This Mod?
Vanilla Minecraft limits each enchantment to a predefined maximum level. While these limits are suitable for balanced gameplay, they can also restrict creativity and progression.
Higher Enchantment Maximum Level removes these limitations for supported enchantments, allowing players to continue upgrading their equipment far beyond vanilla while keeping the enchanting system simple and familiar. It is an excellent choice for players who enjoy stronger gear, custom challenges, RPG-style progression, or overpowered survival experiences.
Compatibility
This mod is designed to work with vanilla Minecraft enchantments. It does not add new enchantments or replace existing mechanics. Instead, it simply increases the maximum level of supported enchantments while leaving excluded enchantments unchanged.
