Hide Invis Msgs

Obfuscates / hides death messages and kill messages that invisible players get. Both default to true but can be edited through gamerule commands.

Added new rules: hide_death_cause: This makes all death messages by invis players be <Killed> was Slain. hide_weapon_info: This removes item hover info from invis player kills
Added command /hideinvismsgs <preset/rule>: which you can use to change rules, check values of the rules, and load builtin presets
