What's new

Changes:

  • Moved Hibernate Fabric to a multiloader mod setup to officially support NeoForge! (#15)
  • Renamed the mod from Hibernate Fabric to Hibernate MC as fabric isn't the only supported loader anymore.
  • Added extra checks to prevent multiplayer only systems from trying to run in singleplayer.
  • Fixed Memory Optimization status from the /hibernate status command showing as ACTIVE in singleplayer even though its not active.
  • Clean up some code.

This version is also compatible with 26.1.1 and 26.1.2.
