Various fixes.
Changes the sound on every ability but rampage.
Renamed Adaptive Shielding to Titanic Shielding.
The configuration has been updated, previous versions are invalidated.  It is advised to delete the old config file to remove duplicate values.
Made the targeting on Arcane Rising significantly better (its not perfect, but it isnt gridlocked now!)
Buffed some default settings.
Updated the description.
Changed stealth to last 30s and give strength IV, but immediately end on the first attack.  More ambush style instead of go invisible and win everything.
