Hexcraft Workshop v0.4.9 - Demon Contract rework (debuffs scale but capped) + Full code audit + Content table update

Apology: the author's ability is limited, this mod is mostly built with AI assistance and may not live up to expectations. It is open source (MIT) and will keep being updated.

- Demon Contract (hostile World Hex) debuff rework: Weakness/Slowness on players now scales with contract strength (Weakness I/II, Slowness II/III), trigger chance reduced (about 40% discount, capped at 40%), duration stacking capped (7s per proc, total 10s - no more infinite refresh)
- Full code audit: all 138 player hexes (80 event keys settled), 32 World Hexes (34 event keys settled), 44 equipment pieces, 32 forge aspects, 4 game rules (keepHexes/keepForges/keepEquips/keepCoins) verified - nothing registered-but-unused
- Content master table fully updated: player hexes 124 -> 138
- Network protocol stays VERSION=14, v0.4.8 players can upgrade directly
