Hex Casting

Probably incomplete changelog:
- Texture update! Thanks Falkory
- Added many new spells: Recharge, Zeniths/Nadirs, Overgrow
- Nonexistent patterns no longer boot you out of casting
- Actions now all have a ResourceLocation
- Patchi looks this up instead of me manually giving it the patterns,
which was error-prone (looking at you, Impulse)
- Rearranged Patchi book a little
- Better feedback on why casting a great spell fails and on trying to
overcast before you unlock it
- Patterns now display the right way up on scrolls
(Note: the old scrolls will remain in weird orientations, but the
patterns on them should remain OK.)
- Item models now aren't horribly gigantic
- Make the submarine sandwich slightly less of a joke item
- Slightly changed recipes for cyphers and trinkets
