HEV Suit Sound System 1.0 for 1.21.8

it has been quite a while since the last actual release

there has been so many changes i dont even know what to put here i havent kept that well track.

ill put what i remember, go check out the mod yourself and see whats new!

• completely redesigned hud to match half life 1
• new command structure
• configuration screen, access by pressing h
• various new sound effects, off by default you can open config screen and see them
• and so so much more
