New advancement achievable when getting jump scared by Percival.
Percival now has a chance to say Turn around shortly after spawning.
Percival has a chance to teleport behind the player a second time.
New music plays when entering a world Only plays if the player does not have the new advancement
Added new enemy "Howard" - only attacks when not being looked at and is impervious to any player-based damage (vulnerable to other mobs and fire).
