Herobrine Boss Fight

Adds new Herobrine Altars which spawn underground in the Deep Dark, Lush Caves and Dripstone Caves between y32 aand y-32. The main block is surrounded by Glowstone, break the block to summon Herobrine. When killed he drops a Diamond Block. Herobrine has 800hp, 20 armour, and the ability to shoot thunder and create clones of himself. He can also heal.
