1. Scope

This license applies to HenuClient code and accompanying materials expressly distributed under it, collectively called the Software.

The Licensor is the person or entity making the Software available under this license, solely to the extent they are authorized to grant the relevant rights. Being the Licensor does not constitute a claim of original authorship.

1. AI Development Disclosure

HenuClient is developed and maintained almost entirely using artificial intelligence tools. This license does not claim exclusive rights over material that applicable law does not protect.

1. Personal Use

You may download, install and run official HenuClient releases without modification. You may inspect the source code and make private modifications.

These permissions do not authorize redistribution of unmodified source code or compiled releases. You may share links to official releases.

1. Modified Versions and Code Reuse

You may reuse and redistribute covered code, including within another project, only when your distributed version contains substantial functional modifications to the covered code you reuse.

Substantial functional modifications must materially change functionality, behavior or implementation. Renaming the project, changing branding, editing comments, reformatting code, changing colors or adding unrelated files does not satisfy this requirement.

Adding a small feature to an otherwise unchanged copy of the client does not, by itself, satisfy this requirement.

Unchanged portions may remain within a substantially modified version.

1. Distribution Conditions

When distributing a permitted modified version, you must:

• Include this license and preserve applicable third-party notices.

• Clearly identify the version as an unofficial modification.

• Provide a description of your substantial functional changes.

• Use a distinct project name and avoid implying official endorsement.

• Keep the reused HenuClient code under this license. Your independently written code may use separate terms.

You must not claim that unchanged HenuClient code was independently written by you.

1. Third-Party Materials

Third-party libraries, assets and code remain governed by their respective licenses. This license does not replace those licenses or grant rights to Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft or other third-party property.

1. Termination

Permissions under this license terminate upon a material breach. They are reinstated if the breach is corrected within 30 days after receiving written notice, unless the same breach has previously occurred.
