1. SCOPE
This license applies to Hematic files expressly distributed under it, and only
to rights held by litewer (the Author). Third-party components remain subject
to their own licenses. No ownership of Minecraft, Forge, NeoForge, or other
third-party material is claimed.

2. PERMITTED USE
You may download, install, play with, and run the Mod on Minecraft clients and
servers. You may make private backups and private modifications. You may create
and monetize videos, streams, and screenshots featuring the Mod, provided you
do not misrepresent its authorship.

3. FREE MODPACKS
You may include an unmodified official copy of the Mod in a modpack available
to users without a purchase, subscription, donation requirement, or other fee.
Keep this license and all copyright notices, credit "Hematic by litewer", and
provide a link to an official Hematic project page published by the Author.
Credit and links may appear in the modpack's description, documentation, or
accessible mod list. Using an official platform manifest that downloads the
original file is permitted.

4. USES REQUIRING WRITTEN PERMISSION
Prior written permission from the Author is required to:
(a) sell, rent, or redistribute the Mod for a fee;
(b) charge specifically for obtaining the Mod or unlocking its features;
(c) include the Mod in a paid modpack or other paid software bundle;
(d) publish modified versions, public standalone mirrors, or standalone reuploads;
(e) reuse the Mod's code or assets in another distributed project, except where
    another applicable license or the law independently permits that reuse.
Advertising revenue from an officially authorized distribution platform does
not itself make a freely accessible modpack paid under section 3.
Merely notifying the Author or providing credit is not written permission.

5. AUTHORSHIP
Do not remove or alter copyright, author, or license notices. Do not claim that
you created the original Hematic Mod, or present another distribution as an
official release without the Author's permission. Permission to modify or
distribute the Mod does not transfer ownership or original authorship.

6. INDEPENDENT RIGHTS AND PLATFORM TERMS
Nothing here withdraws rights already granted under MIT or another license.
Previously released copies remain usable under their applicable licenses.
This license does not override separately granted platform permissions,
mandatory legal rights, the Minecraft EULA, or applicable platform terms.
Written permission from the Author covers only rights the Author controls.

7. NO WARRANTY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Mod is supplied as-is, without
guarantees of fitness, reliability, or compatibility. The Author is not liable
for losses arising from its use to the extent such liability may lawfully be
excluded.

Permissions not expressly granted here or independently available under law
or another applicable license are reserved. Contact litewer through an official
contact channel listed on the Author's project page for additional permissions.
