-Server bugfix, now your self-hosted server shouldn't crash.

Radiation and helldogmobs:
-New potion effect "Radiation", this will destroy slowly every mob, les health you have, more damage you get.
-Some mobs such as creepers, endermens spiders and zombies will turn in a helldogfied version of it's when they get irradiated.
-This is a litte advance, I'm working for new features with radiation such as super powers, but that it's for the next minecraft version, Helldog mod 0.6.0 for minecraft 1.14.4 (WIP)
-Removed Mazafesia
