1. SCOPE AND OWNERSHIP

Hei Prism is proprietary software developed and distributed by
Hei Games Studio.

This license applies only to the original portions of Hei Prism,
including, where applicable:

- original source code and compiled code created specifically for Hei Prism;
- user interface and configuration systems;
- original graphics, branding, logos, icons, and visual identity;
- original documentation;
- original translations and localization work;
- original configuration files and project-specific resources.

Except for the limited permissions expressly granted by this license,
all rights in the original Hei Prism materials are reserved by
Hei Games Studio.

This license does not claim ownership of Minecraft, Fabric, or any
third-party libraries, software, code, trademarks, assets, or other
components used by or distributed with Hei Prism.

2. PERMITTED USE
======================================================================

You may download, install, and use Hei Prism free of charge for
personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may use Hei Prism:

- in single-player Minecraft;
- while connecting to public or private multiplayer servers;
- on your own private or public Minecraft server as a client-side mod;
- on multiple personal devices owned or controlled by you;
- for testing, benchmarking, and personal experimentation.

You may also create a reasonable number of backup copies for your
own personal use.

3. VIDEOS, STREAMS, REVIEWS, AND SCREENSHOTS
======================================================================

You may show Hei Prism in:

- videos;
- livestreams;
- tutorials;
- reviews;
- screenshots;
- social-media content;
- articles and other informational content.

Such content may be monetized.

This permission does not allow you to redistribute, sell, sublicense,
or otherwise provide the Hei Prism software itself for download.

4. OFFICIAL DISTRIBUTION

Official releases of Hei Prism must be obtained from distribution
sources authorized by Hei Games Studio.

Authorized sources may include:

- Modrinth;
- CurseForge;
- other platforms explicitly designated by Hei Games Studio.

You may link directly to an official Hei Prism download page.

You may not re-upload, mirror, republish, redistribute, or otherwise
make the Hei Prism JAR or other official release files available for
download from another location without prior written permission from
Hei Games Studio.

5. MODPACKS

You may reference Hei Prism in modpacks and modpack documentation.

Whenever technically possible, users must obtain Hei Prism through
an official distribution source.

Bundling, embedding, or redistributing the Hei Prism JAR directly
inside a modpack requires prior written permission from
Hei Games Studio unless an authorized distribution platform handles
the download directly from an official Hei Prism source.

6. MODIFICATION, FORKS, AND DERIVATIVE VERSIONS

You may not publicly distribute:

- modified versions of Hei Prism;
- forks of Hei Prism;
- repackaged builds;
- unofficial ports;
- patched releases;
- derivative distributions based on proprietary Hei Prism materials;

without prior written permission from Hei Games Studio.

You may not present any modified, unofficial, or third-party build as
an official Hei Prism release.

Private modification for personal experimentation does not grant any
right to redistribute the resulting files.

7. REVERSE ENGINEERING

Except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise, you may not
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
recover proprietary Hei Prism source code for the purpose of creating,
distributing, or commercializing a competing or derivative version.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be restricted
under applicable law.

8. COMMERCIAL USE

You may not, without prior written permission from Hei Games Studio:

- sell Hei Prism;
- sell access to Hei Prism;
- sublicense Hei Prism;
- rent or lease Hei Prism;
- commercially redistribute Hei Prism;
- include Hei Prism as part of a paid software product;
- charge users specifically for access to Hei Prism.

This restriction does not prohibit monetized videos, streams, reviews,
or other media content permitted under Section 3.

9. IDENTITY, CREDITS, AND BRANDING
======================================================================

You may not:

- claim authorship or ownership of Hei Prism;
- impersonate Hei Games Studio;
- present an unofficial version as an official Hei Prism release;
- remove or falsify copyright notices;
- remove or falsify licensing information;
- use the Hei Prism name or branding in a way that falsely suggests
  official endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

No trademark or branding rights are granted except as necessary to
truthfully identify Hei Prism when discussing or reviewing the mod.

10. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND COMPONENTS
======================================================================

Hei Prism may include, bundle, interface with, or depend upon
third-party software and components.

Third-party materials are not relicensed under the
Hei Prism Proprietary License.

They remain governed by their own copyright holders and their
respective licenses.

This includes, where applicable, components associated with projects
such as:

- Iris;
- Sodium;
- ImmediatelyFast;
- Fabric;
- Minecraft;
- other third-party libraries or technologies.

Nothing in this license removes, reduces, replaces, or overrides any
rights or obligations granted by an applicable third-party license.

Where required, third-party license notices must remain intact.

11. NO TRANSFER OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Hei Games Studio grants rights only to materials it owns or has the
authority to license.

This license does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, code,
assets, libraries, or other intellectual property merely because such
materials interact with, are referenced by, or are distributed
alongside Hei Prism.

12. NO WARRANTY
======================================================================

HEI PRISM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

HEI GAMES STUDIO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT HEI PRISM WILL:

- operate without errors;
- be compatible with every Minecraft version;
- be compatible with every mod, shaderpack, driver, graphics card,
  operating system, or mod loader;
- provide uninterrupted operation;
- meet any particular performance requirement.

Use of Hei Prism is at the user's own risk.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hei Games Studio
shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or other damages arising from the installation,
configuration, use, inability to use, modification, or interaction of
Hei Prism with other software.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their
Minecraft installations, worlds, configuration files, and other data.

14. TERMINATION

The permissions granted by this license terminate automatically if
you materially violate its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop any unauthorized redistribution,
commercialization, or other prohibited activity involving Hei Prism.

Termination does not affect rights independently granted to you under
applicable third-party licenses.

15. ADDITIONAL PERMISSIONS
======================================================================

Hei Games Studio may grant additional permissions on a case-by-case
basis.

Any permission outside the terms of this license must be granted by
Hei Games Studio in writing.

16. FUTURE LICENSE VERSIONS
======================================================================

Hei Games Studio may publish updated versions of the
Hei Prism Proprietary License.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a release of Hei Prism remains
governed by the license version distributed with that release.

A newer license version does not automatically replace the license
attached to an older release.

17. RIGHTS RESERVED
======================================================================

Any right not expressly granted by this license is reserved by
Hei Games Studio.

For permissions not granted by this license, contact Hei Games Studio.

18. SEVERABILITY
======================================================================

If any provision of this license is found to be invalid, illegal, or
unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall
continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. NO WAIVER
======================================================================

Failure by Hei Games Studio to enforce any provision of this license
shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to
enforce it in the future.
