Localization updates:
1. Now, when the game does not use real time, the game date in the HUD in the lower left corner of the game is localized rather than hard-coded as “Year x / Day y.”
2. JEI's metal heat treatment recipe display GUI's hard-coded “Within 100 ticks” is now localized text.
3. Completed Chinese localization of all climate parameter names.
