Slight tweak to fire staff's cast ability

Ammo is a little easier to get.
Guns will no longer make you fly
Redstone Axe has a new ability to DASH
Bullets fired by the gun will now fall slower, making them more accurate.
Block Crusher can now move on its own if you toggle it on.
