Heart Attack!

Heart Attack! adds blood pressure, also referred to as "Fear Meter", that rises when the player is, well, scared. Or at least when you should feel scared.

If your blood pressure gets too high, you risk a heart attack, so be careful!

Your blood pressure can rise and lower while playing the game based on what events are happening, but I won't list them here to leave some mystery :)
