Servers with the mod will now attempt to initialize a health objective for the tab display on first install.
- Existing objectives will remain untouched.
- A new objective named "hsHealth" will be added and inserted into the tab display.
- This action will only run once, unless specified in a config to repeat on server startup.
Other changes:
- Config has been made sane (cascading fixes)
- More config options for the server
- Common config has been renamed to "healthscoring.toml"
