Health Limit Fix

Required library for Notto000 (Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge). Raises the limits of all attributes, such as health, attack and armor, to the float maximum (about 3.4×10^38), so HP can go far beyond 2.1 billion. Reach attributes are excluded for safety.
