Health Chaos is a mod that makes the game more difficult the longer you play. While you explore, your max health slowly drops down to 0, you got 10 minutes. This is a very lightweight mod, doesent add much, there is configs where you can change the time and enable the safety net (so you wont die when the timer hits 0).
NOTE: Your world can become impossible to join with the mod installed, i currently dont have a way to reset the world time.
