First version! Replaces the health indicator exactly where it was with a health bar, which displays the exact number of lives with a numerical display in the middle.

In the future, the bar will also change color depending on the effect (poison, wither, etc.), which it doesn't currently do.
I'll also animate it for things like hits or regeneration, and also improve its appearance.
