Healing commands

This is mod is a very simple mod based off of just being able to use the commands "/heal" to heal all your hearts and "/saturate" to regain all of your hunger bars.
The whole premise of this mod is that it provides you with a much safer way of playing minecraft, being able to just explore and still doing everything you would usually do, but without the stress of dying.
