Stuff done by me:

• Optimized textures, resulting in a much smaller file size, the mod is now 23.8MB smaller, it also means faster load times
• Fixed MIRV warhead (wasn't supposed to be changed in the first place)
• Shorter welcome message
• Fixed Desh Blend Recipe

Also sorry for all the bugfix updates, 1.8.0 was huge and while it added tons of great new stuff, it also introduced a ton of bugs. Thank you to everyone who downloads and uses the mod, you guys are great!
