Cobblemon: Ride Config

A cobblemon mod that adds global config options for ride stamina

This is a simple mod that connects to cobblemons ride mechanics that allows for more granular control over ride stamina/speed values that isn't just infinite or not.

By default all stamina values are set to 2.0 which means it takes twice as long for a pokemon to run out of stamina while riding.
