- Fixes invalid block entries causing blocks to not be harvestable
- Blocks that are harvested with a too low harvestlevel are now broken slowly as if by hand (e.g. changing stone to require a diamond pick: all lower picks will now behave as if you were breaking it by hand)
- Fixes some pickaxe blocks not showing up in the config
