Harder Stones

Added:

-New loot tables for coal block lvl-coal, now coal can drop 2 coal items.

-Revorked the mining system of all Harder Stones block;

  now when you mine the block is going to have some recuriments, so the block would not be minded if they are not met,

  this means that you will need to have better tools.

-Tools now get damage if the recuirements are not fullfilled

-Added tags for; All pickaxes (forge:tools/pickaxes), for all stone chunks (stone_chunks/blackstibe & stone_chunks/stone & stone_chunks/granite)

Fixes:

-Fixed 2 block spawning in the same block (caused lag)

-Compatibility fix, now all tools under harvest level 2 wok

-Now all pickaxes with tag forge/item/tools/pickaxes work on stones lvl-3++

-Fixed coal block typo
