Harder Redstone

This mod allows the player to make their redstone builds with much more difficulty by using more nuanced blocks instead of vanilla ones. This mod does not replace regular minecraft blocks and items, it only allows you to use these different more restrictive blocks instead.

Current list of blocks:

• Battery: input power into the battery with a powered repeater and store ticks of power for use later. Output a redstone signal with another repeater to drain its charge.
