Hardcore World Reset

Fixed spawn logic (players now won't spawn crawling or in dangerous blocks like powder snow or magma)

If there's a set seed in level-seed inside of the server.properties file, the mod will always choose that seed everytime there's a reset (you can actually do this in real-time without having to restart the server!)
