Makes torches and lanterns temporary. Torches can be replaced and lanterns can be refueled with oil.

- Make vanilla lanterns work for the belt slot when using Curios and Lucent
- Added a new configuration option to disable modifications to lanterns. If enabled, lanterns will not be replaced in world generation, and the lantern recipe using either vanilla or hardcore torches will craft a vanilla lantern. However any existing hardcore lanterns will continue to operate as normal.
