Revival Altar 1.1.0

Added advancement "Guess Who's Back?" With description: "Be revived with an altar and a sacrifice. It's good to be back!"

Added functionality to altar:

Give revived player advancement.

If player has been revived using the altar, do not allow them to use their life to revive another. This prevents players from effectively "swapping" lives every time they want to.
