Hardcore Night Vision Goggles

• fixed model not following player head rotations during animations

• fixed model inconsitancies
	- Nose cutout was only present in java model

• fixed Night Vision flashing randomly

• changed color of NVG names to match lens color

• added color overlays
	- visual tint to mimic how night vision goggles look in real life
	- each Nvg has its own specific color tint matching its lens color 

• added "Night Vision Goggles" keybind category

• changed "Night Vision Goggles" keybind to "Night Vision"

• added key bind for color overlay (tint)

• added combo key bind for night vision & overlay (tint)	

• Nvgs no longer turn on when equipped
	- helps not waste durability

• skeletons now have a 1% chance to spawn with Nvgs
	- skeletons with nvgs equipped can drop them on death
