§ 1 – PERMITTED USES
The following uses are explicitly permitted without prior written consent:
1.1 Playing with this mod in a private or public Minecraft instance.
1.2 Including this mod in a freely available modpack, provided that:
(a) the modpack is available at no cost to end users,
(b) no payment, subscription, or donation is required or paywalled
to access the modpack or any version of it,
(c) LufatZ / OxFaTech is credited as the author of this mod
in the modpack's description or documentation,
(d) a link to the official distribution page (e.g. CurseForge,
Modrinth, or the Codeberg repository) is included.
1.3 Creating and publishing videos, streams, screenshots, or other
media featuring this mod, including monetized content on platforms
such as YouTube or Twitch.
1.4 Reading, studying, and referencing the source code for personal
educational purposes.

§ 2 – PROHIBITED USES
The following uses are explicitly prohibited without prior written consent
from LufatZ / OxFaTech:

derivative work, including but not limited to:
- Selling the mod file directly
- Including it in a paid modpack or server package
- Paywalling access to a server or modpack that includes this mod
- Using the mod as part of a product or service sold for profit
2.2 REDISTRIBUTION WITHOUT ATTRIBUTION
Redistributing this mod on any platform or website without clearly
crediting LufatZ / OxFaTech as the original author and linking to
the official source.
2.3 MODIFICATION AND REDISTRIBUTION
Modifying the source code and publishing or distributing the modified
version without prior written permission from LufatZ / OxFaTech.
2.4 MISREPRESENTATION
Claiming authorship of this mod or presenting it as your own work,
in whole or in part.
