Adds 2 handles which allow for weapon upgrades and a new boss.

What's new
- Added a new boss, fought by using an Efficient Handle and a Blaze Rod.
- Drops an Ancient Handle on death.
- This boss is a lot easier than the other boss. It is mostly here so you are able to "trade" efficient handles for ancient handles, and ease you into this type of bossfights.
- Efficient Handles are a lot more common now.
