1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Software"
    Refers to the Minecraft modification ("mod") named "Handful", including all
    associated source code, documentation, media, and configuration files, in whole or in part.

1.2 "Official Distribution Channels"
    Refers to the official website(s), repositories, and/or hosting services explicitly approved
    or maintained by mammut53. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
    - GitHub: https://github.com/mammut53/handful
    - Modrinth: https://modrinth.com/project/handful
    - CurseForge: https://curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/handful

1.3 "You" (or "Your")
    Means an individual or legal entity exercising the permissions granted by this License.

1.4 "Derivative Works"
    Means any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the
    Software and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other
    modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes of

7. TERMINATION

7.1 Breach of Terms

    automatically. Upon termination, You must cease all use and distribution of the Software and

7.2 Survival
    Sections 5 (Disclaimer of Warranty) and 6 (Limitation of Liability) shall survive any
    termination of this License.

8.1 Severability

8.3 Governing Law

    the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

8.4 Entire Agreement
    This License constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensor and You regarding the
    Software. It supersedes any prior agreements, negotiations, understandings, or arrangements
    between the parties related to the Software.
