Fixed an issue with Hammerz being consumed when placing torches, report any issues which may arise from the fix please :)
Cleaned up some debug stuff that was in and shouldn't have been, whoops.
Ore dictionary entries should no longer be added for Botania/Thaumcraft things when the mods aren't loaded - Still TODO
