Hammers and Smithing

1.20:

- 3 new items (smithing templates) used for reinforcing and upgrading items

- number of iron/gold nuggets required to reinforce item is now different and can be changed for every recipe with datapacks (also works for ingots and other ingredients)

- required hammer and smithing table (for smithing recipes) now depends on recipe (not ingredient, like it was before) and can be changed with datapacks

- every smithing recipe require hammer (all hammers work when hammer tier is not specified in recipe (and also all smithing tables work when table tier is not specified in recipe))

- less vanilla loot tables are changed by this mod

- changed config serializer (file name is now: "hammersandtables.json5")

- smithing sounds when crafting items that require smithing table to craft (can be turned off in config)

- shiny golden hammer (because why not)
