This mod is not like most military mods, instead of just adding some weapons, it adds a whole new way to play minecraft, similar to the co-operative warefare game: "Foxhole"
Now with Fighter Planes! (Not a planned feature) There is bound to be bugs, so feel free to report em' :)
Currently this mod is still in beta, but does contain some handheld weapons and armor, it only has vehicular based weapons, but in the future hopefully it will have a variety of Weapons.

To begin your journey, you will need to craft a Hammer, with 4 iron, and 2 chains, which will be used to mine salavage, and once you have enough, you can make a Research Table, which will be used with a redstone block, to get a blueprint for production, which can be used to make a Refining Table, which can be used with Components, Salvage, And Sufur to get various materials used in the mod. After this, you will look to upgrade your Research Table, to research better weapons.
Keep in mind, that the research table, and refining table can be trial and error, as its recipes don't show up in JEI.
Once you have a schematic for your chosen weapon, you place it to get a physical version, which you must click with a hammer, and Basic Materials or Refined Materials (Depending on what vehicle), to turn it into a physical vehicle. You can also repair vehicles with a Hammer, and Basic Materials.

Tier 1 Research:
Redstone Block = Production Research
Cart Wheels = Ancient Research
Gunpowder = Basic Gunpowder Research
Tier 2 Research:
Modern Wheels = Modern Research
Treads = Tank Research
Tier 3 Research:
Heavy Gunpowder = Advanced Gunpowder Research
Refining Table:
Sulfur = Gunpowder
Salvage = Basic Materials / Diesal (Small chance instead of BMATs)
One Component In Each Hand = Refined Materials
Crates: Contain a specified number of a item. They usally cost less in bulk then the specified item.
Diesal can be used to power Drill Blocks. (Drill blocks are capable of extracting scrap materials from the ocean)
