Hallowed Pumpkins

- Adjusted Hallowkin Spawning(Should work much better alongside other mods now!)

- Added a config file to adjust Hallowkin Spawns to your liking

Hallowkins are now more elusive! They spawn only in the Roofed Forest biome, and only about half as much as ordinary animals. There is also a spawn rate variable in the new Config file! So you can easily adjust how often you'd like the Hallowkins to spawn in your world.
