Hacker boss

This mod adds only one boss: the hacker. he has a progressive skill system etc. As simple as it is, it adds a very interesting challenge, as well as being extremely chaotic.

Currently, the boss doesn't spawn naturally, but that may change in the future (my Workspace is broken)
