Guts&Blackpowder

Added recoil for all firearms (lowest flintlock pistol, ~0.4 blocks, highest blunderbuss, ~2.5 blocks, average musket, ~1.2 blocks), new biome (Dead Forest, a foggy literally dead , misty and thick forest, with decaying foliage and bodies underground, very easy to get ambushed by zombies, especially if travelling on your own), and the lance ability to charge forward (first-time kickoff forward with continued sprinting, killing most zombies one-shot), which although can be a little hard to properly wield, offers remarcable results, often being a just perfect escape from a crowd of undead. Added some small item-related changes and fixes.
