Added some changes to the way a runner attacks you- first, it will try to dig heavily into your neck and kill you but, if the contact is not long enough, the player will remain with the "Bitten" effect unless cured (with a cross). Changed every bullet so now it breaks glass, but so does grenade's shrapnel. Also added the Cross with the capability to storm off the undead and even summon a lightning to strike em. Fixed some earlier world gen problems.
